The agreement between you and Neo Health covering how the platform may be used, and where responsibility sits.
Last updated 7 September 2026
Placeholder — not our actual terms. The structure and headings are real; the wording below is example text standing in until Legal supplies the copy. Nothing here is binding on anyone.
By creating a Neo account and using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Neo.
These terms form an agreement between you and Neo Health. Continuing to use the platform after we publish an update means you accept the updated terms.
Neo is for licensed healthcare providers. To complete onboarding you will be asked to verify your identity and your professional registration.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Neo accounts are personal and must not be shared.
Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.
Neo supports your practice; it does not replace your judgement. Clinical decisions, diagnoses and treatment remain entirely yours, and you stay responsible for the care you provide and for meeting the standards your regulator sets.
You are responsible for reviewing anything Neo drafts on your behalf before it becomes part of a patient record.
Patient information you enter into Neo stays under your care. We process it to provide the service to you and your organisation, and we handle it in line with our Privacy Policy.
You must have the appropriate basis to record and share a patient’s information before entering it, and you must use the platform in a way that respects patient confidentiality.
When using Neo, you agree not to:
Some parts of Neo use automated systems to transcribe consultations and draft clinical notes. These are drafting aids. Their output can be incomplete or wrong, and it is not a clinical recommendation.
Nothing produced this way enters a patient record until you have read it and signed it off.
Where a plan carries a fee, the amount, the currency and the billing period are shown before you subscribe. Fees are charged in advance for each period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We will give you notice before a price change takes effect on your plan.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where a licence lapses or cannot be verified, or where we are required to by law or by a regulator.
If your access ends, patient records remain the property of the treating organisation and are retained as the applicable rules require.
Neo is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms as the platform develops or as the law requires. Where a change materially affects you, we will let you know before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
If you have a question about these terms, please get in touch.
